Here it is! My full progress photos. This is hard to post - a lot of the pictures in the top row have never even seen the light of day.
Some of the weights are guesses because I didn’t actually weigh myself until about March 2012, and I hardly ever took photos. I wasn’t measuring anything during my weight loss because I only wanted to be healthy; not x pounds or size. My appearance wasn’t my priority.
I have a page on my tumblr with my story if you’re interested in the details, but long story short: I cleaned up my diet and lifestyle and started exercising to alleviate some “chronic” illnesses. I did this all on my own, at home, with lots of research. At this point I have cleared up my symptoms from LPR (silent reflux), Celiac disease, anxiety disorder, hormone imbalance, and alleviated my lower back pain.
I may be focusing on appearance now, somewhat, but I will always be happy as long as I’m healthy. I am so grateful I’m even in a position to use my body athletically.
